Guidelines for Central government Staff check over Increment(1st July) Drawn every years

"KIND ATTENTION CGHS BENEFICIARIES" - YOU CAN ADD AADHAR NUMBER UNDER CGHS

The steps involved in Beneficiary Login and Updating Aadhar No are as follows:
1. open url cghs.nic.in
2. In the window opened click on the button 'Click here to view Beneficiary Details'
3. Click on the button 'Login with Beneficiary ID'
4. In the window opened click on the button 'Register Here'
5. In the window opened enter the details and click on button 'Register'
a) Enter the Beneficiary ID No, date of Birth and the Mobile Number. In case the details entered are matching with data in CGHS Data base a system generated ’One time pass word (OTP) ' will be sent to the registered mobile phone by SMS
b) If, there is a message "details for selected beneficiary not found" please check the details entered or contact CMO i/c of CGHS Wellness Centre for correction of Data / Mobile Phone number in the CGHS Data base
c) In case the pass word is forgotten click on button ’Forgot pass word’ and follow the steps.
6. Once the pass word is received, please go back to Beneficiary sign in page and login using the Beneficiary ID No and password
7. In the window that opens one of the options is 'Update Aadhar No.’ Please click on the button and enter the Aadhar Numbers of the family Members and save

FRESH VERIFICATION OF MEMBERSHIP

The last date for submission of authorization letters by the Union has been fixed as on or before 06.07.2015. It should be sent to the Divisional Heads. The Form for this verification is furnished. Please download.
While obtaining option and forwarding to Divisional head, please ensure that the name of the Union be mentioned as "our original name of union". ALL INDIA RMS & MMS EMPLOYEES UNION, MAILGUARDS & MULTI TASKING STAFF GROUP'C'
All Divisional/Branch Secretaries are requested to act swiftly at once and enroll full membership. Please explain and appraise in person to all the newly recruited comrades that issuing authorization letter in favour of more than one union shall be avoided.

7th CPC Final Meeting with JCM on 9th June, 2015 - Revised Pay Structure likely from 1st Jan, 2016 - 7th CPC will submit its report by end of Aug, 2015

Sub: Final Meeting with Seventh Central Pay Commission — June 9. 2015-reg.
Responding to the invitation received from the Vllth CPC, the JCM (Staff Side) delegation met the Pay Commission this day 09th June 2015 and deliberated again in detail on the following issues:-
(a) Minimum wage — (15th ILC norms/Dr. Achroyed Formula for determining minimum wage as proposed in the JCM Staff Side Memorandum),
(b) Rate of increment.
(c) Fitmen Formula,
(d) Qualification related Pay Scales,
(e) Pay parity for common categories.
(I) Date of effect of revised Pay Structure and allowances etc.,
(g) Upward revision of Ex-gratia to the families of employees killed in the course of performing duties,
(h) Parity in pension for eliminating the discrimination,
(i) Rectification of MACPS aberrations,
(j) Grant of increment to those retiring on 30th June and 31st December of the year.
Various other issues were also discussed with the VII CPC today. While the response of the Pay Commission by and large has been satisfactory on many points mentioned above, the revised pay structure/allowances is likely to be recommended to be given effect from January 1st, 2016. With today’s discussions in the final meeting with VII CPC, the deliberations by the JCM Staff Side got concluded.
It is expected that the VII th CPC would submit its report to the Government by the end of August 2015
