Employees of Postal Department made New History – Be proud of this History
All India General Strike there is almost the same impact in Postal Department. In some areas today success rate has slightly been increased while in some areas slightly decreased. Over all the 2 days’ Strike is massive, unprecedented and glorious. In General, the impact of strike in postal department is always more or less good. But this time the success is really encouraging and enthusiastic. In fact employees Postal department have made New History. Our employees irrespective of unions are the real architect of this success. Our organisers and leadership right from Divisions to Circles throughout the country have worked hard, conducted intense and effective campaign for the last three months. Employees of new generation have not only taken part in this strike at large but also they emerged as present organiser or future leaders of our union. It is our responsibility to take care of them. However, our All India Leadership also tried at their level best. So we are expressing sincere thanks and Red Salute to all.
One important point we have to keep in mind that behind this historic success, role of unity of Postal employees under PJCA (Comprising NFPE/FNPO) is most vital. It has again been proved that common employees are always in favour of unity, so leadership of the all unions have to take care of this important point, particularly when “one union in one industry/department” is our slogan. We express sincere thanks to leadership of FNPO for their wise and timely role.
However, we will strengthen NFPE and at same time work out to keep the unity of postal employees irrespective of unions protected for our betterment and also for our country.

PJCA unitedly intimated to The Secretary, The DG ( Posts) and Member ( P) that we are not against them but committed to proceed to Strike call on 28-29 March for existence of Postal employees
Dear Friends/ Colleagues,
Thanks to our Dept at least the Officers at apex level have taken Strike Notice of PJCA seriously. But this is General Strike, against the policies of the Govt. Privatization, Outsourcing, NPS etc all are outcome of the Govt policies. Unfortunately the present Central Govt is so authoritarian which is paying no heed to the voices of the working class including CG Employees. The interests of lower level employees mainly of GDS, Casual Employees have simply been denied of due to this Govt. The future of our Small Savings is also at stake after last Central Budget. Our all petitions have been simply ignored by the Govt. So Strike is now the only alternative.
So we unitedly intimated the Secry, the DG ( Posts) and Member ( P) that we are not against them but committed to proceed to Strike call on 28-29 March for our existence. And after Strike we will discuss jointly the sectional issues with the Dept, no problem.
So intensify the Strike Campaign everywhere. Remember we have revived the PJCA for coming Strike as well as our future struggle to save our Dept/ our employees. Be careful against any rumours and ask us direct, if requires.

Victory of united struggle - Rule-9 Charge Sheet against Com. R. N. Parashar, Ex-Secretary General, NFPE & Secretary General, Confederation has been dropped
Comrade, happy to mention that the chargesheet as inflicted against Com R N Parashar, ex SG, NFPE has been dropped today. This is victory of our instant thundering demonstration on 3rd January 2022 throughout the country, follwed by constant persuasion against the vindictive, illegal and motivated charge sheet. Thanks to FNPO also for their solidarity on this issue. A section of officers at all level should take lesson that our employees, our leadership irrespective of unions should not be harassed, victimized.
