Stop Merger, relocation and abolition of L2 Mail Offices . Stop abolition of RMS Sections. Provide Department vehicle and sufficient staff instead of CMMS.. Stop Diversion of mail from L-2 offices to L1 offices. Introduce more Parcel and Speed hubs to avoid bags routing and re-handling.
