CLARIFICATION REGARDING RULE 5(d) (iii) OF CCS (RSA) RULES, 1993-REGARDING.
sir, I have a doubt on RSA rules. Kindly clarify. An official given authorisation letter for recovery of subscription in favour of one recognised association in April 2015 and subsequently submits a letter in May 2015 requesting not to consider his authorisation and cancel the same as he wants to continue with the original association in which he is already a member. The point of doubt is whether his authorisation letter should be taken to account and his letter should be taken into consideration.? kindly clarify.
