Postal Directorate issued orders in respect of non performing of OTA as it is one of the demand of Strike Charter of Demands vide memo No8-9/2011-SR dated 21/07/2011..It is clearly mentioned that imposing of Statutory punishment for non performance of OTA may be resorted to in rare and exceprional circumstances.
