HISTORIC JUDGMENT ON TBOP, BCR GETS DILUTED IN SUPREME COURT

TBOP is equal to LSG and BCR is equal to HSG-II. The historic Judgement pronounced by Chennai CAT and uphold by High Court, Chennai has been diluted after the Supreme Court dismissed the SLP filed by the Department with the observation that the officials had been retired from service.
