Grant of Compensatory leave for performance of Election duty during Saturday/Sunday/holiday
respected sir, I am employed as an MTS in central public works department in Delhi. I had worked in general elections 2019(north-west) as an multi tasking staff for more than two months and I am entitled to 21 compensatory holidays. The district office has also sanctioned and approved(signature of AERO) the holidays and has also mentioned it in my relieving order. But the Assistant Administrative Officer(A.A.O) is negligent of it and has refused to grant me compensatory holidays. Recently my grandmother died so I took station leave for 15 days and offered 15 compensatory holidays for the same(which was denied by the A.A.O). On joining the office I learnt that my increment(effective from 1 july 2019 ) was stopped stating the reason that I was on continuous holiday. Sir please help me as I am tortured by my officers.
