Pro-rata Pension and Full Pension to Pre 2006 for less than 33 years & more than 20 years service: First SLP of Govt dismissed by Supreme Court
Sir, my father was on deputation In Army Postal Service as a sep who died while in service during his transfer at home on dated 11/12/2005 and his Q.S. is more then 20years but less then 33 years. please tell me the benefits given to the family. Also Director of Accounts Nagpur did not revise my mother family pension as per Govt. order on dated 28/01/2013 till date. i hope u will help us.My mother PPO no is SM-485 Savitri Devi W/O Late Sep Hardyal Singh 8370047
